Estimated Processing Time

• The time needed to fill an order typically ranges from 1-8 business days. However, there is no guaranteed processing time. Updates on processing time will be listed at the top banner of Horse Fund Designs website if there is an extended processing time currently.

Estimated shipping times

• U.S. Orders: 1-2 weeks
• Canada Orders: 1-4 weeks estimated only

Shipping Information

• All orders are fulfilled through the USPS.
• Please allow for additional shipping time if your order was purchased near a national holiday, inclement weather, etc. 
• Processing time and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Horse Fund Designs has no control over the postal system, once an order has shipped- Horse Fund Designs is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
• Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered.
•  Please note if you purchase more than one item from my shop, you will likely receive more than one package. I am partnered with several different printers to offer the best products possible within the product lines I offer and that differs from printer to printer. You may receive only one tracking number for your multiple item purchase - this is because when an item ships, it automatically assigns that tracking number to every item in the order (provided the items were all purchased from the same shop.) If you have questions, please reach out - but please know the rest of your order is most certainly on the way

Shipping address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 
  

Cancellations and Returns

• Horse Fund Designs currently does not accept returns and cancellations.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please message us promptly—we’ll replace it.
