All items usually ship within 1-3 days and takes another 1-4 days in transit. Your scented candle will be there before you know it!
Please note that the item listing photos are digital mockups, so there may be minor variations in colors, vibrancy, contrast, etc., compared to the actual printed product. While we strive to achieve accuracy and closely match the digital images, prints and colors may appear slightly more muted in print.
At our shop, we take pride in our custom-printed designs. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages. It is essential to ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we cannot offer refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address.
If you purchase multiple items from our shop, please be aware that you may receive more than one package. We work with various printers to provide the best products within our product lines, and each printer may ship separately. Rest assured that the rest of your order is on the way!

Estimated Processing Time
- The time needed to fill an order typically ranges from 1-8 business days. However, there is no guaranteed processing time. Updates on processing time will be listed at the top banner of Horse Fund Designs website if there is an extended processing time currently.
Estimated shipping times
- U.S. Orders: 1-2 weeks
- Canada Orders: 1-4 weeks estimated only
Shipping Information
- All orders are fulfilled through the USPS and UPS.
- Please allow for additional shipping time if your order was purchased near a national holiday, inclement weather, etc.
- Processing time and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Horse Fund Designs has no control over the postal system, once an order has shipped- Horse Fund Designs is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds.
- Please note if you purchase more than one item from my shop, you will likely receive more than one package. I am partnered with several different printers to offer the best products possible within the product lines I offer and that differs from printer to printer. You may receive only one tracking number for your multiple item purchase - this is because when an item ships, it automatically assigns that tracking number to every item in the order (provided the items were all purchased from the same shop.) If you have questions, please reach out - but please know the rest of your order is most certainly on the way
Shipping address
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
- All orders are securely packaged before shipping. Horse Fund Designs is not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery.
Cancellations and Returns
- Horse Fund Designs accepts returns and cancellations.
- Cancellations: Cancellation of an order may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your order is shipped prior to receiving notice of cancellation, your order cannot be cancelled.
- Returns: Horse Fund Designs accepts return requests within 3 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ship unused products back within 7 days of delivery
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
